When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our items are hand-knitted or handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. If your item is made-to-order, production time will be included in the product listing.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia only.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Delivery times depend on your location:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, regional locations, or seasonal demand.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where tracking is included).
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options may be available at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before payment.
What if my order is delayed?
While we aim to meet all stated processing and delivery times, occasional postal delays can occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping details. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
